1. The provider

Langanke Partners Hungary Kft. (registered seat: 1016 Budapest, Aladár utca 22., Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-192283; tax number: 23829956-2-41; email: b.balogh@langankepartners.ch), hereinafter: the Provider.

2. Use of the website

The content of the website is for information only. Information published on the website does not constitute an offer, tax advice, legal advice or an individual professional opinion. The Provider strives for accurate and up-to-date content but accepts no liability for conclusions drawn from it.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, brand elements and the Langanke Partners trademark appearing on the website are the property of the Provider or of the respective right holders. They may only be used with prior written permission, except for customary quotation with attribution.

4. Framework of service provision

The Provider offers payroll, employment administration, accounting, controlling, HR and company valuation services. The content and fees of the engagement, the obligations of the parties, deadlines, response times, confidentiality and liability are set out in an individual engagement contract. In the event of any discrepancy between this document and the individual contract, the individual contract prevails.

5. Data protection

The Provider processes personal data as set out in the privacy policy. For payroll and employment services the Provider acts as a processor and the Client is the controller; the parties conclude a separate data processing agreement for this.

6. Confidentiality

The Provider treats business secrets and personal data obtained during the engagement as confidential and does not disclose them to third parties without the Client's prior consent, unless required by law. The confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the contract.

7. Liability

The Provider acts with the care that can be expected of it. The extent and limits of liability are set out in the individual contract. The Provider is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect or late data supplied by the Client.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be made using the contact details above. The Provider investigates complaints and replies in writing within 30 days.

9. Website developer

The website was designed and developed by Grafcom Media Kft., which also takes care of its technical operation as webmaster.

10. Governing law

These terms and the services provided by the Provider are governed by Hungarian law.
