This policy covers the processing of personal data connected with the use of this website and with enquiries. Data processing carried out within our client services is covered separately, in contractual documentation.

3. Sending the form and forwarding by email
Data entered in the contact form are forwarded by email to the controller's address b.balogh@langankepartners.ch by a mailing program running on the website's own hosting (DotRoll Kft.), and an automatic confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. No third-party form service receives the data. The text of the message is stored on the server, outside the public web space and protected by a password, for up to 365 days, so that it is not lost if an email fails. A hidden check field, a minimum filling time and a sending rate limit are used to filter spam; for this purpose the sender's IP address is processed for up to 10 minutes.
4. Cookies and measurement
The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and the browser's local storage (to record the display setting – light/dark mode – and the status of your cookie consent). The audience measurement tool (Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd.) is loaded only if you click “Accept” on the cookie bar. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the data stored in your browser.
5. External content
Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google Fonts; in doing so, your browser transmits technical data (e.g. your IP address) to Google.
Social media: the Facebook icon in the footer is a plain link; Facebook content is only loaded if you click it, and from then on the privacy rules of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. apply.

7. Transfer of data
The controller does not pass personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be made available to staff of the Swiss parent company (Langanke Partners AG) only where this is needed to answer the enquiry; Switzerland ensures an adequate level of data protection under an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
8. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request access to personal data concerning them, and to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to exercise the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
The controller responds to requests within one month of receipt.
9. Remedies
Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu), and the data subject may also turn to the courts.
10. Data security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised persons have access to the data; messages stored on the server are kept in a password-protected folder outside the public web space.
11. Changes to this policy
The controller reserves the right to amend this policy. The version in force is always available on this page.
