Before you write
What is worth preparing for a first conversation?
Nothing is required, but it speeds things up if you know the approximate headcount, the types of work pattern (shifts, working-time banking), the name of the current payroll system, and what hurts most right now. That is enough for a substantive conversation.
Does the consultation commit us to anything?
No. Up to and including the review it is free of charge and without obligation. If the conversation shows your current solution is good, we will say so — that is useful information too.
How quickly do we receive a quote?
After a short conversation we give an indication of the order of magnitude immediately. An itemised quote requires the process review, which typically takes a week.
