Company valuation

Company valuation: to the table from a position of strength

Whether you are preparing to sell, looking to buy, or simply want to know where you stand — a valuation is worth something only if there is knowledge of the operation behind the numbers.

Why us

Our Swiss parent company, Langanke Partners AG, works in transaction advisory and equity investment management across Western and Central Eastern Europe. The Hungarian team adds what it sees day to day: how companies actually operate, how payroll cost is structured, where the HR risks sit.

That combination is rare. A valuation holds at the negotiating table when it rests not only on the financial statements but also on what lies behind them.

What we provide

Comprehensive valuation

Detailed analysis to determine the real market value, so that you start negotiations from a position of strength.

Risk management and due diligence

Together with legal, financial and tax specialists we uncover risks and opportunities so that there are no later surprises.

Full M&A support

From identifying targets or buyers to running the negotiations and supporting integration.

Market positioning and optimisation

We do not only maximise current value but also lay the foundations of long-term growth.

Typical situations

Ownership succession

When the founder wants to hand over the company — inside or outside the family — and needs a clear picture of value and risk.

Bringing in an investor

Before selling a minority or majority stake: valuation, data room and building the negotiating position.

Pre-acquisition due diligence

If you are the buyer: financial and employment due diligence, so you know what you are actually buying.

Strategic self-assessment

Even without a transaction: where the company's value stands and which interventions would raise it most.

Frequently asked questions about valuation

How long does a company valuation take?

At mid-sized scale typically four to eight weeks, depending on the quality of available data. Most of the process is data collection and reconciliation rather than the modelling itself.

What about confidentiality?

Every such project starts with a confidentiality agreement, and the work is done by a small, named group. In transaction matters this is not a formality but an operating condition.

Can you also be our payroll provider at the same time?

Yes, and it is often an advantage: if we know the structure of payroll cost and the state of employment documentation, both the valuation and the due diligence are faster and better founded.

Let's look at where your payroll stands today.

Thirty minutes is enough to tell whether a change is worth making at all. If it isn't, we'll say so.
