This document sets out the conditions for using the website and the general framework of our service provision. The content of individual engagements is always governed by a separate agreement.

1. The provider

2. Use of the website
The content of the website is for information purposes. Information published here does not constitute an offer, tax advice, legal advice or an individual professional opinion. The Provider strives for accuracy and currency but accepts no liability for conclusions drawn from the content.
3. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, brand elements and the Langanke Partners mark appearing on this website are the property of the Provider or of the respective right holders. Their use — other than customary quotation with attribution — requires prior written permission.
4. Framework of service provision
The Provider offers payroll, employment administration, accounting, controlling, HR and company valuation services. The scope of the engagement, fees, the obligations of the parties, deadlines, response times, confidentiality and questions of liability are set out in an individual agreement. Where this document and the individual agreement differ, the individual agreement prevails.
5. Data processing
The Provider processes personal data as set out in the privacy policy. In payroll and employment services the Provider acts as processor and the Client is the controller; the parties conclude a separate data processing agreement for this purpose.
6. Confidentiality
The Provider treats business secrets and personal data learned during the engagement as confidential and does not disclose them to third parties without the Client's prior consent, except where required by law. The confidentiality obligation survives termination of the agreement.
7. Liability
The Provider acts with the diligence that can reasonably be expected. The extent and limits of liability are set out in the individual agreement. The Provider is not liable for consequences arising from data supplied by the Client incompletely, incorrectly or late.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted using the contact details above. The Provider investigates and answers complaints in writing within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms and the services provided by the Provider are governed by Hungarian law.
