This policy covers the processing of personal data connected with the use of this website and with enquiries. Data processing carried out within our client services is covered separately, in contractual documentation.

The display preference and the cookie consent status remain in the visitor's browser local storage; the controller has no access to them.
3. Transfers and processors
The controller uses the following processors:

The controller does not transfer data to third countries, except where a processor operates in such a country; in that case the transfer takes place subject to the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.
4. Rights of the data subject
The data subject is entitled to request access to their personal data, to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to exercise the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
The controller responds to requests within one month of receipt.
5. Remedies
A complaint may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu), and the data subject may also bring proceedings before a court.
6. Data security
The controller receives personal data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), links access to identified persons and logs it, and maintains regular backups.
7. Amendments
The controller reserves the right to amend this policy. The version in force at any time is available on this page.
